TN Notes: I’ve taken over the translation of the LN from CClaw Translations, thank you BaToolo for the easy transition and your help with the additional resources.
I’ll link all CClaw’s translations in the TOC in parallel with mine.
I’m going to translate from the beginning to provide a sense of consanguinity between the translation from chapter to chapter. I’d rather not have a sense of abruptness from one translation to the next.

I’m standing in line with my lottery ticket at the shopping arcade.
「Yes, here’s a pack of tissues as a participation prize.」
I received one of those raffle tickets when I was shopping, and even though I don’t think I’m going to win anything, I’m still standing in line.
I looked at the list of the prizes while the people in front of me were getting tissue participation prizes one after the other.

It’s an ordinary list, but I’m really curious about the first prize.
Considering the 2nd prize is a trip for 2 to a hot spring, it’s probably an overseas trip or something like it.
While I was thinking about such things, the line progressed.
Garan Garan, I heard the clanging of a hand bell.
The guy in front of me seems to have won something.
「Congratulations! What a surprise! You’ve won first prize!」
「Aaaa,Yes!」
The guy did a triumphant pose.
「Pleas come to the back so that I can explain the prize to you.」
「Oh!」
The man was led into the back by a staff member.
Now that the previous person is gone, it’s my turn.
「First prize is now gone I guess……」
A staff member put a big X in the first place with a magic marker. That means it’s gone.
「Well, it looks like the smartphone is still there, so let’s just give it a spin.」
I hand the lottery ticket to the staff member and spin the lottery machine.
Gara Gara Gara ── poto.
「Oooo!」
Garan Garan Garan, the staff rang the hand bell.
「Eh, is this for real?」
I was surprised, because I didn’t expect to win.
I watch a ball come out. The ball is rainbow-coloured.
I then look at the list of prizes.
1st prize is gold, 2nd prize is silver, 3rd prize is copper red and 4th and 5th prizes are blue and yellow respectively.
Nowhere does it say anything about a rainbow colour.
「What’s this?」
I grabbed the ball and listened to the staff.
「Congratulations! You’ve hit the jackpot for the special hidden prize!」
「Does such a thing exist?」
The people around me oohed and clapped their hands.
「Please come inside so that I can explain it to you.」
「Got it.」
The staff took me into the building.
I was very excited. Is the prize so good that it needs to be explained?
I walked in and saw the man who had just won the first prize.
There was another hand-cranked lottery machine inside, the same as the one before.
The man turned it and it produced two balls.
Another staff member beside me took it and said,
「It’s tentacles , huh.」
「Could it be a Skill that can allows the use of tentacles?」
「Yes, that’s correct.」
「Yeah!」
「Then I’m transferring.」
I didn’t know what was going on or what he was talking about.
However, there’s something outrageous going on, and that’s all I know.
I think that because as soon as the staff said that, a light – a kind of magic circle – appeared under the man’s feet, and he disappeared without a trace.
「What the hell?」
「And you’re…」
「The winner of the grand prize.」
「Oh, really?」
The staff in the room nodded and said to me,
「Congratulations once again. I will now explain the prize for the special prize.」

「The special prize is the same as the first prize, the right to be transported to another world.」

The staff repeated the same line.

The staff said. I gulped.
A magic circle appeared and the man disappeared.
It’s certainly not normal.
「That’s how one transfers to the other world.」
「Is this really true?」
「You’ll believe it when you’re being transferred.」
The staff member said. My confidence that this is true is growing.
「Well, so far, the 1st and special prize seem to be similar. The difference between the two is that for the 1st prize, you can draw a skill from this lottery once and use it in the other world, but for the special prize, you can use this lottery as much as you want.」

「Yes, but you can bring only the one with you. This means you can draw until you get the skill you like.」

I still didn’t know what was going on, but I nodded, for now, anyway.

I still didn’t understand, but I decided to accept it for now and move on.
I took the handle of the lottery tumbler and turned it.
My ball came out. The staff member took it and said.
「Fire-breathing man…… is a skill that allows you to blow fire from your mouth.」
「Fire?」
「Would you like to try blowing? Oh, it’s dangerous, so please don’t blow towards me.」
Do I want to try blowing out fire? What is the best thing to say here……?
I turned my head to the side and breathed out.

I really spewed fire from my mouth! My face is a little bit chapped.
「What do you think? Do you want to go with that ability?」

I held up my hand and put my fingers on my forehead and thought about it.
I’m confused. Amidst all the confusion, one thing was clear.
「Could it be true …… really?」
It was.
「I can see why you might be sceptical.」
The staff member said.
「…… Then let’s start over. I can start over as many times as you want?」
「Yes, that’s so.」
「There are chances of it being the same thing?」
「That’s correct.」
「Okay」
I nodded.
If I can draw as much as I want and get the same thing again, it’s better to try different things.

There were some abilities that I could have used, but the more I spin it, the more I think that the first one with all abilities multiplied by ten was actually the jackpot.

When I heard the explanation, I was also surprised.
The rainbow-coloured ball looked surprisingly brilliant and shiny.
